Family Friendly New Mexico created this course in 2022 in response the need for a course for managers, leaders and HR professionals. FFNM has been supporting employers to implement family friendly workplace policies since 2010.
Family Friendly NM provides research, toolkits, sample policies, and business cases to help you implement the family friendly workplace policies that differentiates you among job seekers.
